3. Setup

Mounting

Rig the product from a structure or surface that can support its weight. See

Technical Specifications in this manual for the product’s weight.

Always use a mounting clamp and safety cable when mounting the product overhead. The

CHAUVET® CLP-15 clamp fits into the two M12 mounting holes and the CHAUVET® CLP-

clamp fits into the three M10 mounting holes. The CHAUVET® CH-05 safety cable

fits through

the safety loop.

Make sure that the structure onto which the product is mounted can support the product’s

weight. For weight information, see Technical Specifications.

Orientation

Hang the MotionOrb™ by attaching the top bar a to pipe or truss with mounting clamps so the

orbs strings hang straight down or are be draped up with the bottom loops tied off to another

structure.

Place the MotionOrb™ so that the top bar is acces

sible for programming and control panel

operation.
